We found Brian to be very thorough and at the same time very realistic in his inspection of a house that we purchased. His review helped us prioritize those jobs that needed doing before we moved in from those that could wait. Most importantly, his review of the various systems in the house which could have been deal-breakers was very thorough. Brian did an amazing job of inspecting the older house that we are preparing to buy. He was thorough and detailed in his report.
